We also offer interior design consultations in case you do not have the necessity of a full project.

Package "Technical Two-Bedroom Apartment" — 950,00 - 1800,00 EUR/ piece
Package "Technical Three-Bedroom Apartment" — 1500,00 - 2400,00 EUR/ piece
Important: When confirming both the Conceptual and Technical Project, the activities of architectural survey and functional layout are performed only once — at the start of the Concept phase and you will receive a 5% commercial discount.

ADD-ONS
360-degree panorama of additional room — 80,00 EUR/ piece
Add-on "Bathroom technical drawings" — 180,00 - 260,00 EUR/ piece
Bill of Quantities (BOQ)* — includes details for necessary activities, items to be ordered, and other requirements for the realization of the interior project.
Design Supervision or Project Management* — these services include monitoring or monitoring combined with the coordination and organization of project execution. Their purpose is to ensure complete alignment between the design and its implementation. Please note that Design Supervision and Project Management are two distinct services. For more information regarding their scope and pricing, please contact us.
*Bill of Quantities, Design Supervision, and Project Management are available only for projects designed by our studio.
Interior Consultation** — 75,00 EUR/ hour
Architectural Consultation** — 100,00 EUR/ hour
**conducted in our office or online. If you require an on-site consultation, an additional Visit fee of 30,00 EUR/ visit will be added. If further work is required on our part after the consultation, such as research, file preparation, presentations, drawings, etc., it will be charged additionally. As these are individual cases, a customized offer will be provided for each client, which must be approved in writing (e.g. via email) in advance.

Please note that all project meetings are included in the design fee when held during our working hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM). Meetings outside of working hours are chargeable.
